Headway is hiring a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a remote position with our team based in Northpoint, Pulaski County. This full-time role empowers you to build and manage your own mental health practice while earning $130–$203 per hour, with Headway handling all administrative overhead.

About the Role

As a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Headway, you'll practice telehealth psychiatry with complete clinical autonomy. You control your schedule, caseload size, and patient mix, whether you're starting part-time or scaling to full-time. Headway's platform handles credentialing, insurance processing, billing, and compliance—freeing you to concentrate on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within your state's scope of practice
• Deliver therapy and psychiatric services via secure telehealth technology
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and medical records
• Grow your patient roster independently at your preferred pace
• Coordinate care with other providers and treatment professionals

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in your state
• 1–2 years of clinical psychiatric nursing experience
• Proficiency with psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and pharmacology
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical decision-making and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered practice
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Current CPR/BLS certification
