About the Role
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Headway in Connecticut, you'll deliver direct mental health counseling services to clients while leveraging our integrated platform that removes the business barriers holding therapists back. You'll manage your own caseload, set your own schedule, and grow your practice independently while Headway handles the operational complexity that traditionally consumes time and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling services aligned with evidence-based treatment approaches
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress notes securely
- Accept insurance from day one using Headway's built-in coverage verification and claims processing
- Manage your client schedule and documentation through one streamlined platform

- Maintain clinical standards, confidentiality, and your professional responsibilities as a Licensed Professional Counselor
What We're Looking For
- Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Connecticut

Compensation and Employment
