About the Role

Headway is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to accept clients and provide clinical services through our intuitive, therapist-friendly practice platform. You'll earn up to $110 per hour while focusing entirely on client care. Whether you're launching a new practice or expanding your current caseload, Headway handles the administrative burden—insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and payments—so you can concentrate on what you do best: delivering quality mental health support to couples, families, and individuals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with clients seeking treatment for relationship issues, family dynamics, and emotional wellness
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's presenting concerns
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic best practices
• Manage your own client schedule and caseload with full flexibility through the Headway platform
• Accept insurance-covered clients immediately upon joining—no credentialing delays

What We're Looking For

• Active Wyoming or multi-state LMFT license with current good standing
• Demonstrated experience providing marriage, family, and individual therapy
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
• Comfort using digital platforms and cloud-based therapy tools
• Self-directed professional who thrives managing their own practice
