As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with Headway, you'll work with covered clients, streamline your practice operations, and grow your client base faster than traditional solo practice methods allow.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and psychological evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to clients
• Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with our platform to manage insurance claims and billing efficiently
• Build and expand your client roster through our network and support

What We're Looking For

• Current, active license as a Clinical Psychologist in Montana or ability to obtain licensure
• Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records and modern practice management tools
