Lead Learning Consultant – Electronic Health Records (EHR) Experience

About This Position

Oracle Health Consulting is growing rapidly, and we need experienced learning professionals to support our Federal customer base through a transformative electronic health records (EHR) modernization effort. In this Lead Learning Consultant role, you'll design and deliver high-impact training programs that ensure successful adoption of new health IT systems across complex healthcare organizations. This position involves travel up to 100% to customer sites, bringing you directly into the environments where training happens. You'll work with diverse clinical teams, IT leaders, and end-users to bridge the gap between new technology and daily practice, making you essential to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, role-based training curricula for electronic health record systems
• Lead instructor-led and virtual training sessions for healthcare professionals at all skill levels
• Create instructional materials, documentation, and job aids tailored to clinical workflows
• Assess organizational learning needs and design targeted solutions
• Collaborate with project teams and clinical leaders to ensure training aligns with system implementations
• Travel to customer sites to facilitate on-site training delivery and support
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and adoption metrics

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and delivering training in healthcare or EHR environments
• Strong knowledge of electronic health record systems and healthcare IT workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
