Learning Consultant – Electronic Health Records (EHR) Experience

Oracle seeks an experienced Learning Consultant with Electronic Health Records (EHR) expertise to join our team in Chisolm, Montgomery County. In this full-time position, you'll play a central role in Oracle Health Consulting's mission to enable federal customers during the nation's largest healthcare IT modernization effort, designing and delivering comprehensive training solutions for complex EHR system implementations.

What This Role Involves

As a Learning Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare technology transformation, equipping federal healthcare agencies and their staff with the knowledge to succeed on next-generation electronic health record platforms. You'll combine instructional expertise with practical EHR knowledge to create engaging, results-driven learning experiences. This is a full-time position with travel responsibilities up to 100%, allowing you to work directly with clients at their sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and digital training programs for EHR system implementations
• Create comprehensive training materials, job aids, and documentation aligned with client needs
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops for end-users at federal healthcare organizations
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize adoption and proficiency
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure training timelines and quality standards are met
• Support clients through knowledge transfer and change management during critical system go-live phases

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Health Records systems and healthcare IT environments
• Strong instructional design and adult learning methodology background
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying technical literacy
• Willingness to travel extensively to support federal customer implementations
• Experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology deployments preferred
