About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Platform Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Security Services Team. This is an exciting 24-month fixed-term opportunity where you will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring robust security for our digital workplace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of secure platform infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain critical security services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Platform Engineer or similar role, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Demonstrable expertise in platform security, including secure coding practices and risk management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security best practices.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate team members.
