About This Position
We are seeking a DevOps Lead Engineer to drive the evolution of our CI/CD ecosystem, cloud-native tooling, and automation strategy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead a talented group of DevOps engineers in delivering software faster, more reliably, and at scale.
Core Duties
- Drive the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code solutions
- Implement and maintain cloud-native tooling and automation strategies
- Leverage DevOps best practices to improve software delivery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Mentor and develop junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and driving the evolution of CI/CD ecosystems
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of automation tools and practices (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
