Position Summary
The Lead Engineer is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all hotel facilities and guest rooms. As the lead engineer on property, this role actively performs maintenance works, diagnoses and rectifies engineering issues, attends to guest requests, and leads by example in ensuring the hotel is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform day-to-day maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and guest rooms
- Diagnose and rectify engineering issues promptly and efficiently
- Respond to and resolve guest requests related to facility or room issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and improvement projects

- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role
