About the Role

As a Landfill Laborer at Augment, you'll work directly in one of the most important parts of the waste management cycle. You'll be essential to maintaining smooth daily operations while helping process waste responsibly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Operate or assist with landfill equipment and machinery under supervisor direction
• Monitor and maintain work areas to ensure proper waste placement and compaction
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental compliance procedures at all times
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily operational targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Respond to supervisor instructions and adapt to operational priorities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures without exception
• Ability to work full-time on a consistent schedule
• Strong team orientation and positive attitude toward work
• Basic mechanical aptitude helpful but not required
