Join Ambrosia QSR as a Shift Leader at our West Salem Burger King location in Keizer, Marion County. This part-time hourly position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic quick-service restaurant team and develop your supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you'll manage operations during your assigned shifts, taking ownership of guest service quality and team performance. This variable-hour position reports to the General Manager and does not include direct supervisory responsibilities for other employees. You'll support the daily success of our Burger King restaurant while maintaining our brand standards and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all restaurant operations during designated shifts, including food preparation, service delivery, and guest interactions
- Maintain food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness throughout your shift
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support team members in meeting service and accuracy goals
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Execute company policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Reliability and availability for variable shift schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Basic leadership qualities and a collaborative team mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Prior restaurant or customer-facing experience is a plus
