(Junior) Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential data and analytics organization in their search for a Graphic Designer to join their licensing division in Hamburg. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and project management teams to produce marketing and licensing materials that support business development efforts.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Designing sales collateral including brochures, presentation assets, order forms, certificates, and cover letters
• Creating quality seals and award badges that communicate credibility and professional standards
• Managing layout, final artwork, and print-ready PDF preparation
• Editing and optimizing images for both print and digital channels
• Enhancing existing sales materials using contemporary design methods and AI-powered creative tools
• Producing merchandise and promotional items such as stickers, roll-ups, and point-of-sale materials
• Ensuring all deliverables adhere to corporate design guidelines and maintain consistent brand identity
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop targeted, visually engaging communications

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design, or a comparable creative discipline
• A strong eye for design fundamentals including typography, composition, color theory, and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for developing creative concepts and translating ideas into clear visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator
• Curiosity about AI-based design tools and willingness to explore how they can enhance creative workflows
• Initial hands-on experience with print products, prepress processes, print production, and corporate design implementation
• Structured, reliable, and organized working style with strong time-management abilities
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
