About the Role
As a Junior Apparel Designer at Burlebo, you'll support the creation of high-quality products designed to be worn, relied on, and lived in every day. What You'll Do
- Assist in designing men's and youth apparel, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories
- Develop design concepts and mood boards for new product collections

- Prepare technical drawings and detailed specification sheets for production teams
- Collaborate with product managers and manufacturers to refine designs through prototyping and testing
- Communicate design rationale and iterate based on feedback from team members and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Early-career professional with a portfolio demonstrating apparel design skills
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Genuine interest in men's and youth apparel, particularly athletic, lifestyle, and outdoor wear
