Join EY's International Corporate Tax team in Atlanta as an International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, where you'll provide strategic tax counsel to multinational clients navigating complex cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This full-time position is based in Atlanta, Fulton County. You'll lead client advisory engagements on international tax matters, combining deep technical expertise with client relationship management to deliver high-impact solutions for Fortune 500 companies and mid-market organizations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute international tax strategies for multinational enterprises, including cross-border restructuring, entity optimization, and tax-efficient business planning
• Advise on transfer pricing policies, documentation, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead due diligence and tax risk assessments for M&A transactions and other significant corporate events
• Research evolving tax legislation and regulatory developments (OECD, IRS, state/local) to keep client strategies current and compliant
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with internal specialists, and mentor junior team members
• Prepare written analysis, executive presentations, and compliance documentation for client deliverables

What We're Looking For

• CPA, JD, or advanced tax credential (or equivalent professional qualification); advanced degree in taxation or international business preferred
• 5+ years of experience in international tax advisory, Big 4 consulting, corporate tax departments, or related practice
• Demonstrated expertise in transfer pricing, tax treaty analysis, and multinational tax planning
• Strong technical foundation in US tax code, international tax conventions, and foreign tax credit mechanics
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex tax concepts for C-suite executives and operational teams
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, meet tight deadlines, and lead in a collaborative team environment
