About the Role

As Sr. Research Project Coordinator at the Center for Indigenous Health (part of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health), you'll manage the operational engine of our research efforts. This is a senior-level position that combines hands-on coordination with strategic oversight, requiring independent judgment and direct impact on how our research unfolds.

What You'll Do

• Direct the day-to-day management of complex research projects, whether handling a single large initiative or overseeing multiple concurrent efforts
• Make independent decisions that directly affect research conduct, timelines, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to establish research goals and develop detailed implementation plans
• Coordinate across teams, track progress, and ensure projects stay aligned with institutional standards
• Manage documentation and resource allocation for assigned research activities
