About the Role

As a Research Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the central administrative hub for research protocol execution. Your work ensures that study logistics run smoothly—from enrollment and scheduling to documentation and compliance. You'll partner with researchers, study participants, and institutional teams to keep projects on track while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of assigned research protocols, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and study visit scheduling
• Maintain meticulous study documentation, databases, and regulatory files in compliance with institutional and federal requirements
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects moving forward on schedule
• Serve as a key contact for study participants, answering questions and ensuring a professional, supportive experience
• Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and correspondence for research teams and institutional oversight
• Troubleshoot logistical challenges and coordinate across departments to resolve issues quickly
• Support the Center for Gun Violence Solutions' mission by enabling rigorous, impactful research

What We're Looking For
