We are representing a modern, established organization in Bremen seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join their internal IT team. Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Windows-based systems across the organization
• Support and enhance Linux environments
• Manage servers, client systems, and overall IT infrastructure
• Analyze and resolve technical issues systematically
• Contribute to IT projects and system optimization initiatives
• Maintain networks and connected systems
• Plan and execute updates, rollouts, and technical changes
• Provide technical support to end users
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement of internal IT operations

• Professional experience in systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Working knowledge of Linux systems
• Understanding of networks and IT infrastructure
• Structured, independent working style

• German language proficiency required for this Bremen-based role
