IT Support Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential web technology company seeking an IT Support Specialist for their San Francisco headquarters. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring five days per week on-site. You'll serve as the primary technical resource for employees, managing help desk operations with AI-powered support tools while owning audiovisual technology for meetings, events, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee support tickets through the help desk system, leveraging AI-powered tooling to triage, troubleshoot, and close issues efficiently
• Document common issues, fixes, and processes to enhance the internal knowledge base and improve AI support capabilities
• Own audiovisual setup and support for all-hands meetings, company events, and conference room technology
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS devices, peripherals, and office technology
• Partner with Workplace Experience teams on new site builds, including equipment ordering, provisioning, and end-to-end office setup
• Support IT onboarding for new hire cohorts, ensuring day-one readiness
• Maintain hardware and software inventory as needed
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution
• Perform physical office work including desk setup, equipment provisioning, and new office space configuration

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Proficiency using AI-powered tools to enhance work efficiency
• Experience supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and larger events
• Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS environments
• Demonstrated experience with new hire onboarding, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and day-one enablement
• Ability to perform physical work such as setting up desks and provisioning equipment (ability to lift up to 20 lbs)
• Available to work full-time from the San Francisco office with occasional travel to other locations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in the client's company-wide bonus program.
