About the Role

Your mission is to turn our existing clients into enthusiastic advocates through outstanding support, sharp advice, and a consistent eye for untapped growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deepen long-term partnerships with our most important clients, spanning construction firms, industrial operations, and trade businesses.
• Act as a strategic advisor, guiding existing customers on our recruiting services and co-developing the next stages of their hiring strategy.
• Serve as the internal hub, coordinating communication and delivery with our strategy consulting, project management, and media production teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Drive substantive upselling — career pages, media production days, social media management, review management — generating additional revenue and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and project management colleagues to keep service quality consistently high.
• Represent LK Recruiting at events and client calls as a knowledgeable, dependable point of contact.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the empathy and articulacy to win trust at eye level — including with managing directors and owners.
• A diplomatic touch and the sensitivity to tailor your approach to each individual client.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, structured thinking that spots growth opportunities before clients even ask.
• Ideally experience in B2B sales, account management, or project management — motivated career changers with demonstrable skills are equally welcome.
• A commitment to honest, direct feedback with managers and colleagues.
• Nice to have: industry knowledge in staffing, recruiting, or marketing for construction, industry, or trades, plus confidence using CRM systems such as Close or HubSpot.
