About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical device organization in their search for an experienced Clinical Sales Manager to lead their endoscopic technology program across Germany. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a global leader in minimally invasive surgical solutions to build their clinical field sales team in the region.

This is a field-based leadership role where you'll manage program launches, drive adoption of advanced bronchoscopy systems, and develop a high-performing clinical sales team. You'll work directly with hospitals and endoscopy departments to expand procedure volumes while supporting key opinion leader development across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop clinical sales representatives within your assigned region
• Manage product launches and installations of advanced endoluminal systems
• Drive procedure growth and utilization across the installed base of accounts
• Oversee training and education processes for clinical staff at customer sites
• Support development of key opinion leaders throughout the region
• Provide ongoing product education and competitive intelligence to your sales team
• Collaborate with training, marketing, and clinical departments on go-to-market strategies
• Travel up to 70% within Germany to support field operations and business needs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of clinical sales management experience in medical devices, OR proven track record in advanced bronchoscopy/pulmonology sales
• Deep knowledge of operating room and endoscopy suite environments
• Demonstrated success selling medical capital equipment
• Previous experience managing and directing a medical device sales force
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and comfort with CRM/sales tools
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Willingness to complete field sales management training programs
