About the Role
As a Film Physical Production Intern at Legendary Entertainment, you'll support the physical production team on live-action film projects. Core Duties
- Assist in coordinating and organizing production schedules, call sheets, and logistics documentation
- Support the physical production team with on-set administrative tasks and crew coordination
- Help track equipment, materials, and resources across production departments
- Communicate with departments to gather and relay production updates and requirements
- Contribute to solving day-to-day production challenges under the guidance of senior staff
- Maintain production files, databases, and records with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in film, media, production, or related field
- Availability to work part-time during the Fall 2026 program period (September 14 – November 20, 2026)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a high-pressure production environment
- Reliable transportation to the Magnolia Park location
