About the Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator for A to Z Media, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring our clients receive seamless service from inquiry through delivery. You'll work directly with our sales team and global customer base to manage orders, coordinate communications, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Process and track customer orders across our vinyl, CD, DVD, promotional products, and apparel lines
- Communicate with clients to confirm specifications, timelines, and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are manufactured and shipped on schedule
- Maintain detailed records and manage customer databases to support the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support the preparation of quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
- Assist with administrative tasks that keep our sales operation running smoothly
