About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, you'll lead the Risk Analytics & Integration function within the Financial Research, Risk & Application Group (FRRA). This position sets the strategic and analytical direction for how we identify, monitor, and analyze financial risks across banking institutions. Your insights directly inform the Federal Reserve's supervisory decisions and regulatory responses to evolving market conditions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Risk Analytics & Integration team within FRRA, establishing analytical frameworks and standards
  • Identify, monitor, and assess potential risks across the banking sector
  • Conduct forward-looking risk analysis to inform supervisory strategy and policy
  • Oversee data integration and analytical systems that support institutional risk monitoring
  • Translate complex financial analysis into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with supervisory staff and policy teams to implement risk mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in financial risk analysis, banking regulation, or financial supervision
  • Strong leadership background managing analytical teams and complex projects
  • Deep knowledge of banking system vulnerabilities and regulatory frameworks
  • Advanced quantitative and statistical analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency with financial data analysis and modeling tools
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analysis to executive audiences
  • Experience working in federal financial regulation or central banking
