About the Role

As an Interior Repair Tech at Music City Recon, you'll diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicle interiors to exacting standards. This hands-on position offers steady full-time work in automotive restoration, with real opportunities to build expertise in interior systems, materials, and specialized repair techniques.

What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicle interiors and assess damage to seats, upholstery, panels, and trim
• Repair and restore interior components using automotive-grade tools and materials
• Replace damaged or worn interior parts to factory specifications
• Clean, detail, and prepare surfaces for reconditioning work
• Organize work areas, manage repair supplies, and maintain inventory
• Track project progress and communicate status to team and management
