The Opportunity

You'll serve as a key member of Ignite Digital's acquisition and program management function, supporting complex federal contracting processes that connect advanced technology with national security missions. Your role bridges technical execution and mission strategy, helping agencies make faster, more informed decisions while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition policies. As a senior-level contributor, you'll leverage deep domain expertise and operational knowledge to shape acquisition strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of acquisition strategies for government contracts and programs
• Assist in preparing proposals, technical submissions, and bid documentation for federal agency solicitations
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and agency policies
• Help manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform acquisition planning and decision-making
• Support contract administration and agency performance reporting throughout program execution

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in acquisition management, federal contracting, or program support
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation and government contracting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate effectively across teams
• Familiarity with defense and national security sectors preferred
• Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred)
