PCA/CNA/Caregiver Mendenhall (Weekends PT)

Join In-Home Care as a part-time PCA/CNA/Caregiver serving the Mendenhall area and help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently and safely in their own homes. Our compassionate team provides non-medical in-home care that gives clients and their families reassurance and support.

About the Role

This part-time position features flexible weekend hours and centers on delivering trustworthy, respectful personal care support. As a personal care assistant or certified nursing assistant, you'll be the dependable caregiver who enables individuals to age in place while receiving essential help with daily tasks.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help clients transfer safely and support with mobility needs
• Perform light household tasks, meal prep, and organizing
• Observe and report client health, safety, or behavioral changes to supervisors
• Offer companionship and emotional presence to support overall well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and document client interactions
• Honor client privacy, autonomy, and personal preferences consistently

What We're Looking For

• CNA certification, PCA credential, or relevant caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Background clearance and willingness to pass required screenings
• Clear communication and self-direction in a home-based setting
• Authentic commitment to supporting seniors and vulnerable populations
• Punctuality, professionalism, and integrity in client relationships
• Flexibility to adjust care approach based on individual client circumstances
