About the Role

As Office Manager at In-Home Care, you'll manage the administrative operations that keep our home healthcare services running smoothly. What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, patient intake coordination, and client communications
  • Manage administrative documentation, billing coordination, and insurance verification for home healthcare services
  • Coordinate with caregivers, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation for home healthcare operations
  • Handle vendor management, office supplies, equipment ordering, and facility maintenance
  • Support front desk and phone operations, fielding inquiries from prospective clients and families
  • Assist with staff coordination and scheduling for healthcare staffing needs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally in healthcare or home health settings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with administrative software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance verification, or medical office procedures (preferred)
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently and take initiative
