Director of Social Media

Suno is seeking a full-time Director of Social Media based in our Los Angeles office. Join a creative entertainment company on a mission to make music creation accessible to millions of users worldwide.

What This Role Involves

As Director of Social Media at Suno, you'll develop and execute our social media vision across all platforms, building engaged communities around the world's first creative music-making platform. This leadership position owns our social presence and brings authentic storytelling about how Suno enables creators—from hobbyists to Grammy winners—to discover the joy of making music.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with company objectives and audience insights
• Lead and mentor social media and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Manage content strategy, creation, and distribution across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging channels)
• Build communities of musicians, creators, and music enthusiasts around Suno's capabilities
• Track analytics and performance metrics to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate ROI
• Partner with product, marketing, and communications teams on integrated campaigns and product launches
• Identify emerging social trends and platform features to keep Suno ahead of the curve
• Manage social media budget and allocate resources strategically

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and managing social media presence, with 3+ years in a director or head-of role
• Demonstrated ability to grow engaged audiences and drive meaningful engagement across platforms
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior
• Proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading creative teams
• Strong strategic thinking combined with attention to data and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Background in entertainment, music, technology, or creator platforms is valued
