About the Role
As an Automotive Paint Technician with Music City Recon, you will deliver professional cosmetic paint repairs on-site at dealership locations across the Fort Myers and Lee County area. This is a hands-on, full-time position perfect for a detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in restoring vehicles to a flawless, showroom-ready finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to partner dealerships throughout Lee County to perform mobile cosmetic paint repairs.
- Examine each vehicle carefully to identify imperfections and determine the appropriate repair approach.
- Prepare surfaces and buff out blemishes, scratches, and other defects ahead of painting.
- Accurately mix and match paint to achieve a seamless, factory-quality color blend.
- Complete repairs efficiently while upholding consistently high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as an automotive paint technician or in a closely related auto reconditioning role.
- Skill in surface prep, buffing, and precise paint mixing and color matching.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering professional-grade results.
- Reliability and the willingness to travel to multiple dealership sites across the Fort Myers area.
- A professional, self-motivated work ethic suited to on-site, customer-facing repair work.
