Intake Director

Crisp Recruit is seeking an Intake Director to lead client intake operations at our Fort Worth, Tarrant County personal injury law firm. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence and client satisfaction from the moment prospects contact our office.

The Opportunity

As Intake Director, you'll oversee the first critical touchpoint in our legal practice, managing how potential clients are evaluated, scheduled, and onboarded. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on management—you'll design intake systems, mentor your team, and ensure every client interaction reflects our firm's commitment to delivering exceptional service in life-changing personal injury cases. You'll have the autonomy to refine processes, implement technology solutions, and build a department that consistently exceeds client expectations while supporting our attorneys' case development needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop intake staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and client care
• Manage client intake workflows, from initial contact through case evaluation and assignment to attorneys
• Monitor intake metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and case quality
• Serve as liaison between intake operations and legal staff to ensure timely information flow and case readiness
• Handle complex or sensitive client inquiries with empathy and sound judgment
• Maintain compliance with firm policies and legal requirements in client data handling and documentation

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of legal intake processes, personal injury law, or similar legal operations (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to calm anxious clients and motivate staff
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; comfortable with process design and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with CRM and case management software or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to balance empathy with efficiency, making fair decisions under pressure
