Contracts Administrator

Cummins-Wagner Co Inc is hiring a full-time Contracts Administrator in Savage, Anne Arundel County to support our operations and ensure smooth management of our contractual relationships across the industrial, process, heating, and cooling sectors.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a critical role in managing the documentation, execution, and administration of contracts that support our distributor and manufacturer's representative operations. This position ensures all agreements align with company policy, legal requirements, and business objectives while maintaining clear records and fostering strong vendor and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and modify contract language in coordination with management and legal guidance
• Maintain organized contract files and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and version control
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements to prevent lapses
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to clarify terms and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor contract performance and report on key metrics and obligations
• Support the accounting department with contract documentation and financial reconciliation
• Ensure all contracts comply with company standards and applicable regulations

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Familiarity with contract principles and business law concepts
