About the Role

As an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster based in Corpus Christi, you'll be at the frontline of helping policyholders navigate claims after loss. You'll investigate and evaluate insurance claims with thoroughness and integrity, serving as the trusted professional who determines coverage, validates claim amounts, and settles disputes fairly.

What You'll Do

• Investigate insurance claims by inspecting property damage, reviewing police reports, and interviewing relevant parties
• Evaluate coverage under insurance policies and determine claim validity
• Calculate appropriate claim settlements based on policy limits and documented losses
• Prepare detailed written reports documenting investigations, findings, and recommended claim amounts
• Negotiate with claimants and other professionals including attorneys, physicians, and repair contractors
• Manage multiple open claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Stay current with Texas insurance regulations and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas insurance adjuster license or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience investigating and adjusting claims
