Human Resources Business Partner

Core Duties

• Partner with assigned business leaders and departments to align people strategies with company priorities
• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, retention, and organizational structure
• Support employee relations initiatives including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Lead recruitment efforts and contribute to building diverse, capable teams
• Collaborate with HR functions to implement policies, programs, and workforce best practices
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform talent planning and business decisions
• Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous professional growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering, HR generalist roles, or people strategy
• Proven track record partnering strategically with senior business leaders and executives
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
• Proficiency with HR information systems and data analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
