Joint Training Tool (JTT) SME / Master Exercise Scenario List (MSEL) Administrator

D&G Support Services is seeking a full-time Joint Training Tool (JTT) SME / Master Exercise Scenario List (MSEL) Administrator to support dynamic training operations at our Bellevue, Nebraska location. This is an on-site role requiring a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.

About the Role

As a Joint Training Tool subject matter expert and Master Exercise Scenario List administrator, you will be central to building and executing realistic, operationally credible training scenarios for complex joint military exercises. Your expertise ensures that training events maintain precision, synchronization across all participating units, and authentic mission-focused outcomes that prepare personnel for real-world operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop, refine, and maintain Master Exercise Scenario Lists (MSEL) that drive realistic joint training environments
• Administer the Joint Training Tool platform, ensuring all scenario elements function correctly and integrate seamlessly
• Coordinate with exercise planners, training teams, and operational units to align scenario objectives with learning outcomes
• Validate scenario sequencing, timing, and operational realism to maximize training effectiveness
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live training events to resolve issues with minimal disruption
• Document scenario procedures, configuration changes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and training standards applicable to joint military operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance training fidelity

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable expertise in the Joint Training Tool and Master Exercise Scenario List administration
• Experience designing, building, or executing complex joint military training exercises
• Strong technical proficiency with scenario management platforms and related systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple exercise elements simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
• Current TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain one (required)
• Understanding of joint military operations, training frameworks, and exercise methodologies (preferred)
