HR Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Berlin seeking an HR Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and strengthen their employer brand. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing recruiting and employer branding initiatives to position our client as an attractive employer
• Creating, publishing, and strategically placing job postings across multiple recruitment channels, including proactive outreach to qualified candidates
• Designing a professional and engaging candidate journey throughout the entire application process
• Planning, organizing, and conducting interviews while supporting the selection process in close coordination with department leaders
• Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Organizing and facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a successful start
• Managing and administering employee benefits programs
• Supporting internal communications and maintaining related content
• Monitoring current recruiting and HR trends to continuously improve processes

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed commercial training or degree with focus on Personnel, Human Resources, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a comparable position
• Passion for inspiring people and strong instinct for recognizing talent and potential
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and confident presence when interacting with candidates and employees
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
• Creativity and enthusiasm for shaping employer branding, employee benefits, and internal communications
