Housekeeper – Recamarera (Housekeeping)

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to company standards and client specifications
• Change bed linens, make beds to quality specifications, and restock room supplies
• Empty trash, refill dispensers, and organize spaces for guest comfort and safety
• Report maintenance issues, damaged furnishings, or supply shortages to management
• Follow cleaning protocols and use equipment and products safely and effectively
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct throughout your shift
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent service quality

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical demands of housekeeping work, including standing, lifting, bending, and cleaning for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality work
• Reliability and punctuality as a full-time team member
• Willingness to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues
• Physical stamina and capability to handle housekeeping equipment and materials safely
• Fluency in English or Spanish (bilingual skills a plus)
