What You'll Do

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings for assigned patients throughout your shift
• Assess and document patient vital signs, clinical symptoms, and significant changes in patient condition
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain telemetry equipment and continuous monitoring systems
• Communicate patient status, concerns, and clinical updates to physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide comprehensive direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records and nursing documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care delivery

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN licensure in Louisiana
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional nursing experience required
• Demonstrated experience or strong clinical knowledge in telemetry and cardiac rhythm monitoring
• Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative abilities
• Unwavering commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and clinical best practices
