As a Maintenance Technician with Contract Services Group, you will help maintain a wide range of client properties throughout the Southwestern United States, including hotels and resorts, multi-family housing communities, office buildings, retail centers, universities, and city-owned municipal sites. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Laguna Beach, ideal for a dependable tradesperson who takes pride in well-kept, safe, and fully functional facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across assigned facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve general repair issues to keep properties operating reliably.
- Support cleaning and related building services in line with company standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed work.
- Follow all safety procedures and uphold a clean, professional work environment for clients and guests.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in facilities, building, or general maintenance.
- Working knowledge of common repair tasks and hand and power tools.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given the bilingual nature of this role.
- Willingness to work on-site in Laguna Beach, Orange County.
