Landing is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to join our growing team in Savannah, Georgia. Since 2019, we have built the largest flexible living network with operations across 35 markets and thousands of apartments. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift daily.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and staff performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage budgets and financial goals for assigned properties.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
