What You'll Do
- Design and deliver comprehensive high school biology curriculum rooted in standards and inquiry-based learning

- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Build classroom culture that is affirming, inclusive, and focused on student agency and growth
- Develop strong relationships with students and families to support academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to KIPP Denver Collegiate's college-preparatory mission
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Colorado teaching certification or eligibility in high school biology
- Experience teaching biology at the secondary level
- Skill in creating affirming, culturally-responsive learning environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to continuous growth and collaborative work with school teams
