Healthcare Recruiter – Part Time

The Opportunity

Healthcare facilities across Prince William County depend on skilled recruitment professionals to attract and place quality care staff. In this part-time role, you'll directly support Birmingham Green's mission to deliver compassionate, personalized care by connecting talented healthcare professionals with meaningful positions in our nursing homes and assisted living communities. This flexible, three-day-per-week schedule is ideal for experienced recruiters seeking meaningful work without full-time commitment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from identifying staffing needs through successful candidate placement
• Source qualified healthcare professionals using both internal networks and external recruiting methods
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match their qualifications with open positions
• Recommend top candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the placement process
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill critical nursing, caregiving, and support roles
• Maintain candidate tracking records and keep current on staffing trends in healthcare facilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing roles
• Strong understanding of nursing home and assisted living facility staffing needs
• Proven ability to source, screen, and evaluate healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
