Role Overview
Pan & Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join our Human Resources Centre of Excellence in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). You will lead remuneration strategies, frameworks and reward programmes to ensure competitive and equitable practices that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of total rewards and compensation strategies
- Review and recommend changes to existing compensation structures
- Perform market benchmarking for salary, benefits, and incentive programs
- Analyze remuneration data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain a competitive total rewards framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of reward strategies with overall organizational goals
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the professional services sector
- Proven track record in developing and implementing total rewards programs
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience in market benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)’s labor laws and regulatory environment
