What This Role Involves

The Head of Strategy at Evo Commerce will lead the strategic direction and execution of our business initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational efficiency.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Lead the strategic planning process, including SWOT analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and long-term vision setting.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Manage a team of strategists and analysts to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee market research and competitive intelligence activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably within consumer goods or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans that have led to significant business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exposure to Southeast Asian markets is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
