What You'll Do

• Elevate brand equity and enhance market presence in SEAA markets
• Achieve high-value growth through strategic distribution and business development initiatives
• Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and clients

• Demonstrated experience in distribution strategy and business development within the luxury goods or FMCG industry
• A deep understanding of SEAA markets and their unique consumer behaviors
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive growth initiatives
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams towards common goals
