Core Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for key business areas.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall company objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis and cost-benefit assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and monitor progress against KPIs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy development within a multinational organization, preferably in the aviation or logistics sector.
• A relevant postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Strategy Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
