About the Role
This manager-level role sits within our Front Office Strategy Consulting practice, where you'll combine strategic analysis with hands-on marketing and commercial strategy development. What You'll Do
- Analyze customer behavior patterns, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
- Develop targeted marketing strategies and commercial roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- Lead cross-functional strategy engagements, managing timelines, teams, and deliverables
- Synthesize customer research, market data, and business intelligence into strategic recommendations
- Present strategic findings and commercial recommendations to client executives and leadership teams
- Build and mentor junior consultants, fostering strategic thinking and client service excellence
- Collaborate with partners across customer management and commercial strategy to deliver integrated solutions
What We're Looking For
- Manager-level experience in marketing strategy, commercial strategy, or strategy consulting
- Proven track record leading complex strategic projects and managing client relationships
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate customer insights into strategic direction
- Experience developing and presenting marketing strategies and commercial plans to senior audiences
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
