As an Epic Certified Manager within PwC's Managed Services practice, you will guide clients through the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of their Epic and broader business application environments. Based on-site in Houston, Harris County, this manager-level position blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, helping organizations translate complex operational needs into reliable, well-supported software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Epic-related consulting and managed services engagements from assessment through delivery and steady-state support.
• Evaluate client requirements and design business application solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee software configuration, deployment, and integration activities across client systems.
• Coordinate end-user training and provide responsive ongoing support for delivered solutions.
• Manage project teams, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification relevant to the client's application footprint.
