You will translate client needs into actionable operational strategies and partner with stakeholders to put those strategies into practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy and strategic sourcing initiatives that capture tangible value for clients.
- Assess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions that streamline processes.
- Develop sourcing approaches, category strategies, and supplier management frameworks tailored to each client.
- Advise clients on improving operational efficiency, reducing cost, and strengthening procurement performance.
- Manage project teams, oversee delivery quality, and act as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants while supporting business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations consulting, procurement, or strategic sourcing, ideally at the manager level.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and shape operational strategies grounded in data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver results in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for advising senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations clearly.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset suited to fast-moving consulting projects.
