About the Role
As a Manager in our Partnership Tax practice, you'll oversee domestic and federal tax matters for partnership clients, combining strategic advisory work with technical expertise. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape client tax outcomes while mentoring junior staff in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop tax planning strategies and optimize tax positions for partnership clients in complex structures
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of federal and state tax compliance documents
- Provide guidance on partnership tax regulations, entity structuring, and multi-jurisdictional issues
- Lead client engagements and manage team resources across multiple initiatives
- Stay current with federal and state tax law changes affecting partnership taxation
- Mentor and develop junior tax professionals within your team
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in partnership taxation, federal tax compliance, and domestic tax strategy
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading tax engagements
- Deep knowledge of partnership structures, pass-through entity taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex tax concepts for clients
- CPA license and relevant tax certifications or continued professional development preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
