Anchor Health Properties is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Bellevue, King County, Washington, to oversee daily operations across our healthcare real estate portfolio in the Seattle area.
About the Role
As Property Manager at Anchor Health Properties, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of medical office and healthcare properties throughout the Bellevue and greater Seattle market. This on-site, full-time position blends hands-on operations, tenant relationships, and financial stewardship to keep our buildings running smoothly and our healthcare partners well served.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the everyday operations, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned healthcare real estate properties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to protect asset value.
- Oversee property budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting.
- Support leasing activity and ensure lease terms and compliance requirements are met.
- Respond promptly to tenant needs, service requests, and on-site issues.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management, ideally within commercial, medical office, or healthcare real estate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across a portfolio.
- Solid grasp of property budgeting, vendor coordination, and lease administration.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with tenants and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, King County, as this is not a remote position.
